We spend so much of life rushing between screens, schedules, and obligations that we forget what it feels like to just be present. To breathe deeply. To connect without distraction. To feel restored.
The Nature Lab is a half-day experience in Richmond Park designed to bring you back to that. It’s not a hike. It’s not a coaching session. It’s a chance to walk, reflect, and experience guided activities that reconnect you — to yourself, to others, and to the natural world around you.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, inspired, and reminded that sometimes the best ideas don’t come from sitting at a desk, but from giving yourself space.

1. The next Nature Lab (Walking Edition) is on the 6th September 2025 from 10:00-13:00.
2. We will meet at Richmond Park Gate and finish at Pembroke Lodge. There is parking available at the lodge or you can get the 371 bus outside of the gate.
3. Please bring water and wear suitable walking shoes and clothes. Make sure to bring something warm if the weather looks colder and if you would like, you may want to bring something to sit on (eg. a mat, a coat, a blanket).
The Nature Lab is £10. This includes all writing material, tea and snacks.
