THE Nature LAB

  

A half-day in person experience in Richmond Park - using nature to feel inspired, connected and grounded.

How it works

 We spend so much of life rushing between screens, schedules, and obligations that we forget what it feels like to just be present. To breathe deeply. To connect without distraction. To feel restored.


The Nature Lab is a half-day experience in Richmond Park designed to bring you back to that. It’s not a hike. It’s not a coaching session. It’s a chance to walk, reflect, and experience guided activities that reconnect you — to yourself, to others, and to the natural world around you.


You’ll leave feeling lighter, inspired, and reminded that sometimes the best ideas don’t come from sitting at a desk, but from giving yourself space.


How It Works


Over the course of the morning, we’ll move through four pathways:

  • Solo Reflection → prompts and quiet moments to think and notice in new ways
  • Connection → paired and group conversations that go deeper than the surface
  • Capacity Building →  a creative mandala activity with natural materials
  • Group Experience → a shared tea ceremony and reflection in nature to leave you restored and inspired
     


What You’ll Walk Away With


By the end of the Lab you’ll have:

  • Space to breathe and reflect in nature
  • A new way to connect to nature and use it to explore yourself
  • A sense of connection with others, beyond the surface-level
  • Fresh energy and inspiration for whatever you’re working on or moving toward
  • Practical reflections you can carry forward into everyday life

Who Is This Lab Is For

 This Lab is for you:

  • You love walking and moving, but want it to have more purpose and meaning 
  • You want to press pause on the noise of everyday life and give yourself space to reflect
  • You’re curious to step outside, connect with others, and try something new
  • You want to explore nature — and yourself — in a way that’s light, creative, and joyful


Because often clarity comes from stepping back and breathing in the fresh air. 

Set Up

1. The next Nature Lab (Walking Edition) is on the 6th September 2025 from 10:00-13:00.


2. We will meet at Richmond Park Gate and finish at Pembroke Lodge. There is parking available at the lodge or you can get the 371 bus outside of the gate. 


3. Please bring water and wear suitable walking shoes and clothes. Make sure to bring something warm if the weather looks colder and if you would like, you may want to bring something to sit on (eg. a mat, a coat, a blanket).


Price

The Nature Lab is £10.  This includes all writing material, tea and snacks. 


Refunds accepted until 24 hours before the walk.
