I’m Rhiannon, a Purpose and Mindset Coach and a Highly Sensitive Person with a busy mind and reactive nervous system. I know first-hand how much an overstimulated mind and body can get in the way of clarity, direction, and momentum.

My Story

  Anxiety, a busy mind that struggles to rest and me - have all gone hand in hand for a long time. 


I’m a Highly Sensitive Person so I am more prone to these things anyway but what I have learnt, is that this doesn't mean that has to be the story. 


 For a long time the above meant living with constant mental activity, anxiety, and periods of burnout where my mind simply wouldn’t switch off.


From the outside everything could look fine, but internally it often felt like my system was always on high alert. My mind was constantly analysing, planning, and thinking ahead, and it became harder and harder to find any real sense of calm or clarity.


At times this led to anxiety, depression, and eventually burnout. But importantly, it stopped me from exploring my full capacity and potential whilst also helping to avoid opportunities and direction that felt truly aligned to me. 


The real shift came when I realised the problem wasn’t my ambition, my sensitivity, or my busy mind.

The problem was that my nervous system was constantly reacting to pressure and my mind had no real space to settle.


Once I started learning how to regulate my nervous system, create space in my life, and reconnect to what genuinely mattered to me, things began to change. My thinking became clearer, my energy and confidence returned and  I started to move forward again with direction and momentum.


All the work I have done, has led me to this point now. 


Today I work with busy professionals and founders who have thoughtful, active minds and a strong sense that they want to contribute something meaningful — but who feel stuck in the noise of constant thinking and pressure. Together we create the space and conditions that allow momentum to return.


My Style

 I work with a TRANSFORM model of coaching alongside my own frameworks—a structured process that combines coaching with guided exercises, reflective worksheets, nervous system regulation tools, and visualisations to help you reset your nervous system, gain clarity, access deeper insight, and take meaningful action.


My coaching style is gentle but direct. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can think clearly, be honest with yourself, and stretch beyond what’s familiar. I use empathy, intuition, and clear thinking to help you cut through the noise and stay focused on what truly matters to you.


As your coach, I’m not here to give advice or provide mentorship. I’m here to facilitate powerful thinking - to help you move from uncertainty to clarity, from hesitation to aligned action. I act as a thinking partner: someone who helps you unpack complex ideas, challenge unhelpful patterns, and turn your vision into something concrete.


Each coaching journey is tailored to your specific needs. The structure is there to guide you—but we stay flexible so the work remains deeply personal and relevant to where you are.


This is purposeful, focused coaching designed to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and direction.
