Steve Jobs
I’m Rhiannon, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) with a passion for personal growth and finding purpose and meaning. I believe that to truly thrive, we must embrace who we are and create something that aligns with our unique values, purpose, and abilities.
I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) approved life coach.
I used to get on the train to work, watching the houses go by, wondering what each person inside might be doing that day. I’d imagine all sorts of lives—different paths, different choices—and wonder what kind of impact they were making. Then the tannoy would chime for my stop, snapping me out of my thoughts, and I’d head into another busy but ultimately unfulfilling day.
Despite being in motion—job hopping, travelling, trying different roles—I always carried a lingering question: Is this really what I’m meant to be doing? I never quite felt like I belonged. I often sensed that my strengths weren’t being fully seen or used, and I couldn’t figure out what my version of "meaningful" looked like.
What I didn’t realise at the time was that I’m a deeply sensitive person, driven by meaning and purpose. And the real challenge wasn’t that I hadn’t found the “right” job—it was that I hadn’t yet understood myself well enough to know what I truly needed from my work and life. And even once I figured that out, my mind wasn't ready to allow myself to have what I truly wanted.
It took years of inner work, mindset shifts, plenty of trial and error (plus a global pandemic) to finally land on the thing I never expected: becoming a Life Coach and starting my own business. And yet, it feels like exactly where I’m meant to be.
Now, I have the freedom to be creative. I work for myself. I get to be fully authentic—no more draining meetings or pretending to be someone I’m not. My sensitivity, which I once saw as something to fix, is now my greatest strength.
My coaching programs are rooted in my own lived experience. I know the struggle of searching for purpose. I know what it feels like to crave meaningful work, to want to create something of your own, and to not quite know how to get there. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping reflective, sensitive, and ambitious people connect to what they truly want—and design a life and career that genuinely lights them up.
With 15 years of study and experience in psychology, mentoring, counselling skills, and life coaching, I now guide others to connect with their purpose, unlock their potential, and create purpose-driven lives and careers where they can truly thrive.
I work with a TRANSFORM model of coaching alongside my own PATH Finder Framework—a structured process that combines coaching with guided exercises, reflective prompts, and visualisations to help you gain clarity, access deeper insight, and take meaningful action.
My coaching style is gentle but direct. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can think clearly, be honest with yourself, and stretch beyond what’s familiar. I use empathy, intuition, and clear thinking to help you cut through the noise and stay focused on what truly matters to you.
As your coach, I’m not here to give advice or provide mentorship. I’m here to facilitate powerful thinking—to help you move from uncertainty to clarity, from hesitation to aligned action. I act as a thinking partner: someone who helps you unpack complex ideas, challenge unhelpful patterns, and turn your vision into something concrete.
Each coaching journey is tailored to your specific needs. The structure is there to guide you—but we stay flexible so the work remains deeply personal and relevant to where you are.
This is purposeful, focused coaching designed to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and direction.
