The Foundations Lab

  A 4-week online experience to build the foundation you need before making your next move.

How it works

 If you’ve been going round in circles, second-guessing decisions, or never quite feeling clear on your path, The Foundations Lab is your chance to pause and reconnect with yourself before taking the next step.


Over 4 weeks online, we’ll explore the essentials that shape you — your personality, values, strengths, and motivators — so you can make future decisions with clarity and confidence.


I’ll be guiding you through the exact process I use with my 1:1 clients — but here we’ll be exploring it together as a group, using creative and enjoyable activities to get the most out of it. This isn’t about rushing to find answers. It’s about building the foundations that make every choice ahead of you easier, lighter, and your own.


Each week, in a 2-hour session, we’ll move through four pathways:

  • Solo Reflection → quizzes, exercises, and reflection pieces you complete on your own
  • Connection → small group conversations where you share and hear different perspectives. 
  • Capacity Building → activities to stretch your thinking, spark new insights, and try things out 
  • Group Experience → a fun activity to bring the week’s theme alive
     

What We’ll Cover


Week 1: Who Am I?

Get curious about your personality type and what makes you tick.
You’ll take the Myers Briggs Personality Test and we’ll explore your results together, uncovering how your natural preferences shape the way you think, work, and connect with others. Through group discussion and  activities, we'll explore how important our differences are in shaping our lives and careers. 


Week 2: What Are My Priorities?
Identify your core values and identify what matters most to you.
With a Values-Based Decision Kit, you’ll clarify what feels most important right now. In session, we’ll bring this to life with interactive activities and intentional exercises we will explore what it's like to live in line with what you care about most — so you can make decisions that really work for you.  
 

Week 3: What Am I Good At?

Identify your strengths and passions and explore how to lead with them.
You’ll complete the StrengthsFinder Test and uncover what you naturally bring to the table. In our session, you’ll design personal strategies to play to your strengths and passions, share stories, and be inspired by how others are using theirs. You’ll explore ways to bring more energy and ease into what you do every day.
 

Week 4: What Do I Really Want?
Connect to your purpose, motivators, and the impact you want to have.
Using the Purpose & Impact Reflection Sheet, you’ll explore what drives you and the kind of difference you want to make. Together we’ll explore your personal ‘purpose path’ and how to make your life feel more fulfilling.  


What You’ll Walk Away With


By the end of the 4 weeks you will have:

  • A clear profile of your personality, values, strengths, and motivators
  • Practical tools (tests, kits, worksheets) you can return to again and again
  • A stronger sense of who you are and what matters most
  • More confidence in making choices that fit you
  • New ways of seeing yourself through group conversations and shared experience 
  • A reminder that exploration can feel light and enjoyable — not heavy
  • A stronger footing for whatever comes next — whether it’s a life project, a shift in your business, or your next career move

Who is this for?

 This Lab is for you if:

  •  If you’re tired of circling the same questions, second-guessing decisions, or wondering why the path ahead never quite feels clear.
  • If you know change is coming — whether in life, work, or business — but you also know you can’t just leap into the next thing without first understanding yourself.
  • If you’ve gathered insights from books and podcasts, but what’s missing is the space to actually apply it — to sound things out with others, hear new perspectives, and try ideas on for size.
  •  If you want to try self-development in a way you haven’t before — with creativity, exploration, and connection.
     

 When you have this clarity, you don’t waste energy second-guessing — you know what fits and what doesn’t. 

Set up

1. The next intake will start in November. There will be a weekly 2 hour session on Wednesdays at 19:30-21:30. The dates are:

  • 5th November
  • 12th November
  • 19th November 
  • 26th November 


2.  A week prior to each session - you will get access to the pre-work. This should take you no longer than 30 minutes to complete. I strongly suggest you complete the reflection prior to the session to get the most out of it. 


3. Each session is on a standalone theme - so you do not have to have completed any previous sessions (although you will get the most out of it if you do all of them). 


4. Please be aware sessions will not be recorded in order to protect the privacy of those on the call and ensure that everyone can truly be themselves. 


Price

The Foundations Lab is £160  (this is an introductory offer and it will be increasing in future rounds!). This includes all tests, worksheets and sessions. 


Refunds accepted up to a week before the start of the programme.
