Why Walking + Coaching Works
Research shows walking can increase creativity and clarity by 60%—but most of us don’t need statistics to know that movement clears the mind. When we get out of our heads and into our bodies, new insights surface. Patterns start to loosen. And the next steps become clearer.
When combined with reflective coaching, this becomes transformative.
How It Works
Step Wise runs over 4 months. Each walk is designed to move you—physically, emotionally, and mentally—toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your path.

This is a space for people who are ready to move forward—not with urgency, but with clarity, courage, and intention. This experience is crafted with reflective, sensitive souls in mind or anyone who values depth over noise.
Gain clarity on what you actually want, and where to focus next. Connect to your gut instinct and walk away with conviction so you can start directing your energy with intention instead of spinning your wheels. Prior to the walk, you'll receive a workbook to help you reconnect with your values, vision, and current priorities.
Gain awareness of the patterns that are quietly ruling your decisions. We’ll surface the fears, old identities, and protective beliefs that are keeping you small. Meet self-doubt with compassion, name your patterns, and choose a new narrative. A workbook will be sent ahead of time for reflection on recurring thoughts and behaviours that hold you back.
We consider the person you want to be and how you can step into that identity right now. We work on embracing your authenticity, getting comfortable with discomfort and moving through self-doubt. A workbook will guide you through reflecting on what success means for you and the person you need to be to attract that success.
In our final walk take ownership of your path forward by connecting to your inner leader—the version of you who acts with clarity, courage, and conviction. This session will empower you to take bold action toward your goals. Before the walk, you’ll receive a workbook to help you step into the mindset of an inspired leader and outline your next steps.
