Mind Shift is a coaching program designed to help you make powerful, intentional shifts in your mindset—so that you stop standing in your own way and start moving toward who you’re truly meant to be.
We all have internal blocks—self-doubt, fear, overthinking—that hold us back. Without intention and effort, those patterns can keep us stuck, and everything we have to offer the world may never reach its full potential.
Just like physical fitness, mindset fitness requires active work. In this program, we strengthen the mental and emotional muscles needed to face challenges, take aligned action, and move confidently toward growth.

Over five sessions, we’ll explore key areas of mindset and personal development. Each session includes pre-work, a guided session, and post-session reflection. We’ll identify your mindset blocks, develop essential mental skills, and build practical strategies to help you grow into the next version of yourself.

In the first session, we identify your fears, core limiting beliefs and self-sabotage patterns that may be holding you back. We look at tools to help you break unwanted behaviours.
Skills: Self-awareness, Reflection, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence
We reframe the beliefs and the fears and identify strategies, behaviours and strengths you can use to move forward and retrain your brain in a way that serves you.
Skills: Reframing, Positive Intelligence, Grounding, Self-Compassion
We outline what working within your limits looks like and what you need in order to work at your best. We develop strategies for you to maximise your time whilst honouring your needs.
Skills: Setting Boundaries, Acceptance, Balance
We outline the person you want to be. We work on embracing your authenticity and getting comfortable with discomfort so that you can grow and develop yourself.
Skills: Embodiment, Resilience, Trust, Growth Mindset
In our final session, we explore the skills you need in order to think big and step out of your comfort zone. This is where you give yourself permission to have exactly what you want in your life, career or business without holding yourself back.
Skills: Abundance Mindset, Positive Agency, Confidence, Curiosity

2. I will send you an email to get set up and we will book in your pre-planning call.
3. We will then book in your sessions with a suggested 1-2 weeks in between (we work with your schedule to make sure it works for you).
4. There will be tailored exercises between each call to consolidate your insights and promote your growth and you will be able to contact me between sessions.
